For filter cakes with high viscosity and difficult to fall off, a vibration device can be installed. A filter cake mud storage hopper is installed at the bottom of the filter press. When unloading the cake, the bottom of the hopper is closed to store the filter cake; after the cake is unloaded, the bottom closing device is opened as needed, and the filter cake falls automatically! (The hopper is closed under normal circumstances; the theoretical design can store 2 cycles of filter cake)
