G series single screw pump is a rotor type positive displacement pump. It relies on the meshing of the screw and the bushing to produce volume changes in the suction chamber and the discharge chamber to transport liquid. It is an internal meshing closed screw pump. The main working parts are composed of a bushing with a double-headed spiral cavity and a single-headed spiral screw meshing with it in the stator cavity.

The transmission of the G type single screw pump can adjust the flow rate by adjusting the speed to achieve the purpose of controlling the flow rate. It can also be directly driven by a coupling, or by using high-speed motors, V-belts, gearboxes and other devices to change speed.
The elastic stator with a special helical cavity meshes with the rotor with a large lead and high tooth height, forming a continuous sealing line in the stator cavity to separate the suction cavity from the extrusion cavity. When the rotor rotates, the cavity moves continuously in the discharge direction, so that the material is continuously sucked and discharged.
The main components of the G-type single screw pump are the discharge chamber, rotor, stator, universal joint, intermediate shaft, suction chamber, shaft seal, and bearing seat.

Screw pump is the most commonly used feed pump for filter press. As a feed pump, we generally use a single screw pump, which has the advantages of stable flow, strong suction, low noise, high efficiency, and can transport viscous materials. It is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, brewing, papermaking, food and other industries.
