SS type three-foot upper discharge centrifuge is a manual upper unloading, intermittently operated filtering centrifuge suitable for separating suspensions containing solid particles ≥ 0.01 mm. The solid particles can be granular, crystalline, etc., and can also be used for dehydrating items (such as yarn bundles, textiles, etc.). This series of centrifuges has a simple structure and is easy to operate. Each operating procedure can be adjusted as required. The filter residue can be fully washed, the solid particles are not easily damaged, and it has strong adaptability.
It can be started up by transducer stably. Once the materials to be separated enter the fast-spinning and distributed on the wall of the basket, it will be filtrated by the filter cloth liner under the centrifugal force. But the solids deposit on the internal wall of the basket. Once the solid cake reach the rate capacity,feeding stop, and wash the solids cake, and then drain out the washing water.Finally stop the machine, the solid cake is discharged manually and move to the next batch.
