The liquid entering the drum rotates at high speed under the drive of the high-speed rotating drum and forms a centrifugal field. Under the action of the centrifugal field, the non-homogeneous liquid is layered, with the liquid phase outside the inner cavity of the drum and the solid phase in the center of the inner cavity of the drum. As the nozzle continuously sprays the liquid, the liquid is separated into liquid and solid phases when it is retained in the inner cavity of the drum. Then the liquid phase flows to the upper part of the drum and is discharged from the liquid discharge port on the upper part of the drum. It is collected by the liquid collecting tray and discharged outside the machine. A small amount of solid phase is deposited on the inner wall of the drum and is discharged manually after the machine is stopped.
The tubular centrifuge is mainly composed of body parts, transmission parts, main shaft transmission parts, tension wheel parts, liquid collection tray parts, drum parts, and liquid inlet bearing seat parts.
