PGZ series centrifuges are filter type according to their separation principle. The startup of the centrifuge, loading to unloading and other processes operate according to the pre-programmed program, and can automatically enter the next cycle. The entire working process is continuous, and the feeding and unloading are intermittent. The delay time of each process can be adjusted according to the actual working conditions.
After the centrifuge reaches the rated speed, the feed valve cylinder will act, open the feed valve, and start feeding; Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid is filtered out through the filter screen, and the liquid (mother liquid) is discharged from the liquid outlet pipe through the sump in the chassis. When the weight (or volume) of the filter cake reaches the rated charging weight (or capacity) of the machine, close the feed valve , the centrifuge continues to run at high speed. When the separation requirements are met, the main engine slows down, and when the drum speed is reduced to 15-25r/min, the scraper device operates according to the specified procedure to scrape the material;the material passes through the discharge hole of the drum and falls through the discharge hopper of the chassis to the receiving tray or conveyor belt to complete a working cycle.
The shell is equipped with a flap and a feed pipe, a washing pipe, an observation mirror, an exhaust port, and a lighting hole; the structure is closed, and the drum, shell, flap and other parts are made of stainless steel (SUS304). The machine base is a casting, and the surface is lined with stainless steel. The inner and outer surfaces of the drum, the shell, and the exposed parts of the machine are polished.
