During the filtration process, the filtrate flows out from the gap between the filter plates. Since the flap is in a closed state, the filtrate will flow into the liquid collection tank along the flap. Under the action of gravity and slope, the filtrate in the liquid collection tank flows to the filtrate outlet and is collected in the filtrate storage container through the pipeline. When the filtration is completed and unloading is required, the drive device starts to flip the flap open. At this time, the filter cake can fall off the filter plate smoothly and fall into the collection device below. The opening angle of the flap is generally between 60 ~ 90 degrees, which can ensure the smooth discharge of the filter cake without taking up too much space.
