Inlet pump press the filter material in the filter room,under the pressure,the material go through the filter layer and membrane,the liquid outlet,the solid formed filter cake in the filter room,finish separating solid and liquid.It is easy to operate,but good filter effect.
1. The filter is made of stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316L .The material is durable ,corrosion-resistance ,smooth and beautiful ,meet GMP standard.
2. Thread-like structure of plate can mach different size micropore of filter membrane according to different filter media and processing needs(initial filter,semi-filter,fine filter),then the filter liquid is more clear.
3. Users can increase or reduce the quantity of layers according to filter flow capacity need.
4. All parts of the machine sealed use silicone rubber seals,high temperature,non-toxic,no leakage with good sealing performance.
5. The filter is in state of sealing and pressure when working.
6. The machine can be fitted with automatically liquid return device as customer’s need.when the pump stops,open the return value,automatic discharge of all sediments(both exhaust function),and return with clean water from the tube recoil to wash,very convenient.
7. The filter adopt two-sided mesh panel making the filter chamber more fine and closed .
