The liquid entering the drum rotates at high speed under the drive of the high-speed rotating drum and forms a centrifugal force field. Under the action of the centrifugal force field, the non-homogeneous liquid is layered, with the liquid phase outside the inner cavity of the drum and the solid phase in the center of the inner cavity of the drum. As the nozzle continuously sprays the liquid, the liquid is separated into three phases of liquid and solid when it is retained in the inner cavity of the drum. The liquid phase with a higher specific gravity forms an outer ring and flows out from the heavy liquid port of the liquid collecting plate, and the liquid phase with a lower specific gravity forms an inner ring and is discharged from the light liquid port of the liquid collecting plate. The solids in the liquid are deposited on the wall of the drum and are manually unloaded after the machine is shut down.
The tubular centrifuge is mainly composed of body parts, transmission parts, main shaft transmission parts, tension wheel parts, liquid collection tray parts, drum parts, and liquid inlet bearing seat parts.
