The automatic filter cloth cleaning system is a filter cloth cleaning device installed above the main beam of the filter press. It has an automatic walking function and can automatically wash the filter cloth with high-pressure water (pressure can reach 1.0MPa) through valve switching.
The automatic filter cloth cleaning system is a filter cloth cleaning device installed above the main beam of the filter press. It has an automatic walking function and can automatically wash the filter cloth with high-pressure water (pressure can reach 1.0MPa) through valve switching.
The device consists of a mobile cleaning rack, a swinging cleaning rod and a high-pressure cleaning pump. The filter cloth is cleaned after the discharge is completed, or after several working cycles, and high-pressure water is ejected through the cleaning nozzle for cleaning.
The cleaning device has two structures: single-sided flushing and double-sided flushing. The double-sided flushing is equipped with a brush, which further enhances the cleaning effect. Single-rod cleaning means that every time a plate is pulled open, the middle flushing rod moves up and down, and the brush (optional) and high-pressure cleaning nozzle on the flushing rod clean the residual material on the filter cloth;
Double-rod cleaning: every time a plate is pulled open, the flushing rods on both sides move up and down, and the brushes and high-pressure cleaning nozzles on the flushing rods clean the residual material on the filter cloth. Clean both sides of each filter plate. (All actions are automatically controlled by the PLC program)
The system mainly consists of the mobile cleaning rack and swinging cleaning rod, the high-pressure cleaning pump, nozzles and spray system (suitable for spray cleaning).
1. Restore filtration performance: With the use of the filter press, a large amount of impurities, particles and filter cake residues will gradually accumulate on the filter cloth. These substances will block the pores of the filter cloth, resulting in a decrease in filtration speed and reduced filtration accuracy. The cleaning system can effectively remove these blockages and restore the original pore structure of the filter cloth, thereby ensuring filtration efficiency and quality, so that the filter press can continue to perform filtering operations stably.
2. Extend the service life of the filter cloth: If the filter cloth is not cleaned for a long time, impurities will continue to accumulate and harden on the filter cloth, causing physical damage to the filter cloth fibers, such as wear and fiber breakage. Through regular cleaning, these damaging factors can be reduced, greatly extending the service life of the filter cloth and reducing production costs.
