The frame of our filter press usually adopts Q235 carbon steel. In accordance with customer requirements and specific materials, it can be optionally made from Q345 alloy steel, stainless steel, or cast iron.
The frame receives a sandblasting treatment process by adoption of a high-speed centrifugal blasting machine. In addition, it is sprayed with high-strength epoxy resin paint. Thus, the frame can offer superior anti-corrosion and anti-rust performance, high wear resistance, strong-adhesion coating, low shrinkage rate, and superb electrical insulating property. It meets environmental requirements.
The hydraulic cylinder base, press plate, and thrust plate adopt CO2 gas shielded welding technology. The main beam is manufactured by adoption of automatic submerged arc welding technology.
Our equipment is sprayed respectively with the primer, topcoat, and the epoxy resin paint.
Each processing step is conducted under quality control. Any machined part that fails to meet requirements is not allowed to enter the next processing step.
Our final product conforms to quality standard. Its main body is coated with a layer of plastic film. Its accessories and fittings are packed in a wooden box, and then enter the shipping stock area.
